Dear Liz:
I loved reading your question! I really feel how passionate you are about your commitment to self, your process and your dreams. I am so in awe about your willingness to share yourself, it literally makes me take a step back and want to honour the depth and magnitude of your being. Thank you so much for honoring us by allowing us to see you. You did not wear a mask when you made your query, and I am so moved by that. It was an honour just to read your question, Liz. Bless you.
Your dream of becoming an actor is an excellent one. I think that anything that you do that can touch the lives of others in a positive way, regardless of its nature, is a fine, fine thing. Artists have such a tough job. On the one hand they model behavior for others. On the other, artists must be so clear in how they shine their light because it is their job to ignite the lights in others. I think that you would make an outstanding actor, Liz, should the universe call on you to use your light in that way.
That being said, I also need to mention that because this is a life long dream, whether or not you make it as an actor may not be as important as it is for you to follow your dream to become one. The universe has given you this dream as a road to follow, but because this is heaven sent, it may or may not manifest as you think it might or should.
Following your dream can be just the start of a journey that the universe may want you to take. It may not be as important for you to become an actor as it is for you to receive the enlightenment that you will gain by going through the process of becoming one. Once you start pursuing this goal, you may be “directed” towards another goal entirely. Either way, you’re not going to find out until you investigate it.
No matter what happens, Liz, you are being called on to become other than what you are at present, using this dream as a vehicle. Invitations like these come to all of us. Only a precious few heed them. Please be one of those precious few. Don’t let this slip away.
Take care,
Joseph
