Hi Mike:
Thank you for posting your query. Your entry to the page brings up a lot of emotion for me. It also stirs up a lot of messages that I would like to share with you. This may seem like a lot of information so please bear with me.
First of all, I am sorry to read about your father’s passing. I could tell by the sincerity of your message that his passing is something that is still with you. I truly get the sense that he was someone very strong in your world, Mike. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family.
Because this number stands out for you so strongly, and because it is a link to your dad’s passing, it is possible that this number could be either Spirit’s or your subconscious way of trying to tell you that there may be some grieving that needs to be done. This is just food for thought, but if this is the case, then know that by doing some of this grief work, it may help to resolve some of the feelings you may still have about your dad or his passing. It should also lesson the intensity you experience when you see this number and relieve some of the feelings of being overwhelmed that you are currently experiencing.
That being said, I also want to talk a little bit about mental illness. Not because I think you have it, but because I get the sense that something needs to be said about seeing numbers and what that can represent.
For some people, seeing numbers can represent a connection to something other than themselves which inspires them to look for a deeper meaning to questions and mysteries they have in their lives. I consider this to be very healthy. Often the answers to questions and prayers come in the forms of mysteries that serve as invitations to a deeper connection to the Divine. Answers to problems, when they are understood in this way reveal themselves as the mystery unfolds. Some people call these spiritual journeys. Other people call them life’s challenges or lessons.
When it comes to mental illness, seeing numbers can be a symptom of a problem that gets bigger and bigger. It can start at any time in a person’s life, usually after the teen years, and can be an early warning stage of BI-Polar disorder, Manic depression or other illnesses. Here is a simple checklist to help keep you in check.
If you see numbers and:
-Believe Aliens are speaking to you
-You are having the exact same conversations (word for word) with different people repeatedly.
-Are looking for and seeing codes in magazines, newspaper articles, and television and believe that these are messages that are meant only for you.
-You become less and less involved with others and are do not do participate in activities that you used to enjoy.
-You speak incessantly.
-You have a tremendous amount of energy that does not seem to end. (Without stimulants or sleep)
- You have two episodes of major ups and/or downs in a six-month period.
If any two or more of the above symptoms describe you, please go to see your local doctor or physician. For more information about mental illness visit www.mentalillnes.com
Again, Mike, I do not say all of this because I think it describes you. My concern is that someone in the future or present may see yours or other entries and need to be educated and/or medicated.
So, thank you for asking your question in the way you did. I’m sure there are many people who identify with your situation.
Take care, Mike. Please give my regards to your wife and if there is anything that I can do to help you in the future, please let me know.
Joseph
